Be a Memeber of ANT
This is the most crucial stage for certification. Certification is only offered to Professional Members of ANT.
​
Make sure you have a valid license to practice in the relevant discipline. It could be speech therapy, physical therapy, or occupational therapy.
Educate Yourself to Elite
After becoming a member, you must educate yourself through numerous means. Improve your understanding of Neonatal Therapy. You can take online courses, attend conferences relating to the NICU, and read extensively.

Appear for Online Eligibility Exam
After you thinks you have enough knowledge, just get tested by appearing for an online examination. The exam will consists of Multiple Choice Questions.

You will be required to pay examination fees.
Clinical Training in the NICU
After passing the eligibility exam, you are ready to proceed to the final level. You will pay the training costs and join an ANT-affiliated facility. It is callled as Neonatal Therapy Certification Centre.

In this last step, you will get the opportunity to practice in the NICU. This will be closely supervised by the NICU team members. You will attend frequent clinical rounds, discuss treatment with various stakeholders, document progress, and monitor outcomes.

You will participate in various projects, presentations, and develop your competencies.

Association of Neonatal Therapists (ANT) knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives.
​
Back in 2017, our Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Association of Neonatal Therapists (ANT).
​
As per the constitution of ANT, submitted to regulatory bodies, we will be conducting Certification examination.
​
The purpose of the conducting certification examination is to
enhance the professional standard,
to ensure safety and utmost care for every Newborn.
The aim is to bring about uniformity in the neonatal therapy services received by clients in our country.
​

Requirements

Requirements for Certification in Neonatal Therapy include
Qualified and Licensed Therapist
who is holding Elite membership of Association of Neonatal Therapists.
He/she should have completed 40 hours of training in neonatal therapy/care (direct teaching and or webinar [Up to 4 hours allowed]),
upto 250 hours of Direct Mentoring in Affiliated Set up.

Kindly use following checklist for your reference.
1) Completed Graduation.
2) Active License of Practice
3) Elite Member of Association of Neonatal Therapists
4) Active professional membership of ANT
5) 40 hours of training in neonatal therapy (direct teaching out of which Up to 4 hours of online webinar) ...scrutiny about validity of the courses will be done.
6 ) 250 + hours of Direct mentoring in affiliated set up - after examination
